1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OneClickPDF (oneclickpdf.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services. OneClickPDF is intended for users aged 16 and over. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Service description

OneClickPDF provides browser-based PDF tools including signing, merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, redacting, AI-powered document analysis, and other document manipulation capabilities. The vast majority of our tools process your files entirely in your web browser — your files never leave your device. No account or registration is required to use any of our tools.

Certain features involve server-side processing as described in these terms: the optional Premium PDF to Word conversion (Section 4), AI-powered tools (Section 4a), and the Translate tool (Section 4b). In each case, the specific data sent to external services is clearly described below.

3. Free tools

All free tools on OneClickPDF are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that free tools will be available at all times, will be error-free, or will produce results suitable for any particular purpose. Free tools may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Premium services

OneClickPDF offers an optional Premium PDF to Word conversion service at $0.99 per document. Unlike our free tools, this premium feature sends your PDF to Adobe PDF Services API for server-side processing. The conversion quality and output are determined by Adobe's PDF Services engine — OneClickPDF acts solely as an intermediary between you and Adobe's API.

By choosing the Premium option, you acknowledge and consent to your PDF being transmitted to Adobe's servers for processing. Adobe deletes your file after conversion per their data handling policy.

4a. AI-powered tools

OneClickPDF offers AI-powered tools including Chat with PDF, PDF Summarizer, and Question Generator. These tools extract text from your PDF locally in your browser. Only the extracted plain text — not your PDF file — is sent to Google's Gemini API for AI processing. Your actual PDF file never leaves your device.

Each AI tool offers a limited number of free uses. After the free limit, a $0.99 day pass unlocks unlimited access to all AI tools for 24 hours. Payment is processed through Stripe under the same terms as Section 5.

AI accuracy disclaimer: AI-generated content (summaries, chat answers, quiz questions) is produced automatically by Google's Gemini language model and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI output should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always verify important information against the original document. OneClickPDF does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

By using the AI tools, you acknowledge and consent to your extracted text being transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing. Google processes this data under their API Terms of Service.

4b. Translate tool

The Translate PDF tool extracts text from your PDF locally in your browser and sends the extracted plain text to Google Translate API for translation. Your PDF file is not sent — only the extracted text. The Translate tool is free to use with a daily usage limit. Translation quality is determined by Google Translate and may vary by language and content type.

5. Payment terms

Paid features are priced as follows:

  • Premium PDF to Word: $0.99 per document (one-time)
  • AI tools day pass: $0.99 for 24 hours of unlimited access to Chat with PDF, PDF Summarizer, and Question Generator

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment card details are sent directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. No subscription or account is required.

Payment must be completed before the paid feature is activated. You will not be charged until you explicitly confirm the payment. We receive only a payment confirmation from Stripe to verify the transaction.

6. Refund policy

Payments for paid features are generally non-refundable. For Premium PDF to Word, the conversion quality is determined by Adobe's PDF Services engine, which OneClickPDF does not control. For AI tools, output quality is determined by Google's Gemini model. Results may vary depending on your document. No refunds will be issued for quality-related concerns.

Exception — service failure: If a paid feature fails entirely (Premium conversion produces no output, AI tools are unavailable due to API errors after payment, or an AI tool fails to produce any meaningful output on first use after purchasing a day pass), you are entitled to a full refund of the $0.99 charge. To request a refund, contact us at dev.mirzaanees@gmail.com with the details of your transaction.

Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneClickPDF, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to OneClickPDF in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Free tools are provided without any warranty whatsoever. You use them entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of any files you process with our tools.

8. Intellectual property

Your files: You retain all rights, title, and interest in any files you upload, create, or process using OneClickPDF. We claim no ownership, licence, or rights of any kind over your content. Because our free tools process files entirely in your browser, your files are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Our service: The OneClickPDF website, its design, code, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Intellinapse Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with OneClickPDF
  • Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the premium conversion API or any other part of the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent payment mechanisms for premium features
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms or abuse the service.

10. Privacy

Your use of OneClickPDF is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data, what information we collect, and how third-party services are used. By using OneClickPDF, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party services

OneClickPDF relies on the following third-party services to operate. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or downtime:

  • Adobe PDF Services — server-side PDF to Word conversion (premium feature only). Terms of use
  • Stripe — payment processing for premium conversions and AI tools day passes. Terms of service
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics (only with your consent). Terms of service
  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Terms of service
  • Google Gemini API — AI processing for Chat with PDF, PDF Summarizer, and Question Generator (extracted text only). Terms of service
  • Google Translate API — translation processing for the Translate PDF tool (extracted text only). Terms of service
  • Upstash — temporary session storage for mobile signature transfer, payment verification, and rate limiting.

Any disruption to these third-party services may affect the availability or functionality of certain OneClickPDF features. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the unavailability of third-party services.

12. Availability

We do not guarantee that OneClickPDF will be available at all times or without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature — including free tools — at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

13. Modifications to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of OneClickPDF after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

14. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of OneClickPDF shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
