About OneClickPDF

OneClickPDF is a suite of free, privacy-first PDF tools that run entirely in your web browser. Merge, split, compress, convert, sign, edit, and OCR your documents without creating an account, without watermarks, and — for almost everything — without your files ever leaving your device.

What we do

We build simple, fast, browser-based tools that handle the everyday PDF jobs people usually reach for bulky desktop software or upload-heavy websites to do. From merging and compressing to converting between PDF, Word, Excel, images and more, our collection of free tools covers the full document workflow. We also publish practical how-to guides and maintain browser extensions such as our OCR reader and ScreenSnap screenshot tool.

Why we built it

Most online PDF tools upload your documents to their servers to process them. That means your contracts, statements, and personal paperwork leave your computer and sit on someone else's infrastructure. We think that's the wrong default. OneClickPDF was built so the work happens right inside your browser — your files are read and processed on your own device and are never sent to us. It is faster, more private, and it works even when a tool is used offline.

How we're different

  • Private by design — files are processed locally in your browser, not uploaded to a server (a few clearly labelled premium and AI features are the only exceptions).
  • Free and unlimited — no daily caps or hidden paywalls on the core tools.
  • No account required — open a tool and use it.
  • No watermarks and no clutter — clean output and a clean, ad-free interface.

Who we are
