Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 1 March 2026

Our commitment

We are committed to making OneClickPDF accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to work with PDF documents easily, regardless of ability, and we strive to provide an inclusive experience across all of our tools.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are continually improving the accessibility of our tools and regularly review our site to identify and address potential barriers.

What we do

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility across OneClickPDF:

  • Semantic HTML — We use proper HTML elements and document structure to ensure content is meaningful and navigable by assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard, allowing users to navigate and operate our tools without a mouse.
  • Screen reader compatibility — We build our interfaces with screen reader support in mind, using appropriate ARIA attributes and labels where needed.
  • Sufficient color contrast — Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratio requirements to ensure readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
  • Responsive design — Our tools are designed to work across all devices and screen sizes, from mobile phones to large desktop monitors.
  • No auto-playing media — We do not use auto-playing audio or video content that could be disorienting or disruptive.

Known limitations

Some of our PDF preview and editing canvases may have limited screen reader support due to the inherently visual nature of PDF manipulation. Operations such as drag-and-drop page reordering, signature placement, and PDF annotation rely on visual canvas rendering that is difficult to fully represent through assistive technology. We are actively working to improve alternative text descriptions and ARIA labels across all of our tools, and we welcome specific feedback on areas where accessibility can be improved.

Feedback

If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using OneClickPDF, we want to hear from you. Please contact us at dev.mirzaanees@gmail.com with a description of the issue, including the tool or page you were using and the assistive technology involved (if applicable). We welcome all feedback and will respond within 5 business days.
